Mixed dry and well spread then clean water is added.
The mixture is well mixed and left for ten minutes and it is recommended to be left mixed with water untill the next day.
It is applied by using a Putty kinfe and the surface over which it is applied must be paint with coat of Matte Half Emulsion.
